MOHAMED SALAH has posted a cryptic video on Instagram days after suffering a serious shoulder injury in the Champions League final with Liverpool. Salah walked off the pitch in Kiev in tears on Saturday evening after he was involved in a tussle with Sergio Ramos. Egypt ace Salah picked up a shoulder injury which has thrown his World Cup plans in serious doubt. The 25-year-old has since headed to Spain to undergo treatment on the injury in a bid to be fit for the tournament in Russia which starts in 15 days time. But Salah has posted a cryptic video on Instagram which has got fans talking as it appears he could now be in New York.
