Friends! Very soon we’re going to conclude a large-scale work on changing the functionality of Gangs! This service, in our opinion, was in dire need of an update, since it has basically only one entertainment - Gang War. But this sort of fun is not for everyone. After all, most of you came here for communication and new friends. However, this also isn’t something you want to do every day - sometimes you need to be an outside observer: read the news, learn the latest rumours, see discussions in the comments to something, in a word, go for an hour or two into a passive mode. Others, on the contrary, want to do something more active: get into all the trends, comment on a popular blog, write in WatsUp? ten times a day, hold a competition on their planet, etc. Updated Gangs will benefit both categories of users. What’s In Store? 1. According to the decision of the leader, entries in the Gang Journal can become ''open'', meaning accessible to all users. In such entries, you can post some interesting news on the topic of your Gang. You will be able to attach blogs, photos, articles from GalaPaper, questions from ''Ask Me'' and links to the characters (for this you’ll need to put @ before the nickname) to both open and closed entries in the updated Gangs. There will be a possibility to comment the entries, or by the decision of the leader, comments will be disabled. And, of course, you can (and should!) like the entries. 2. Since, for sure, in time you will have your favourite Gangs whose Journal will be most interesting to you, you’ll be able to subscribe to the Gangs and read the entries in the chronological order in the Gang Feed. You’ll also be able to set up notifications to instantly learn that a new open entry has been posted in your favourite Gang. Closed entries will not be visible in the Feed. Your Gangs subscriptions will be visible to everyone. And you’ll also be able to see which Gangs a user is subscribed to in their Info. In any Gang, you’ll see the followers and their total number. We’re not currently planning to add the rating by the number of subscribers. Therefore, there is no point in signing an army of fakes up to it - it will immediately be obvious to everyone, and no one will praise you for it! 3. Of course, publishing open entries, you need to remember about Galaxy Constitution. Make sure that there are no violations in your entries. If you receive a punishment, you won’t be able to post open entries in the Journal for a while, closed entries will be available. You will not be able to report the entries of your Gang Journal. You will be able to report other Gangs’ open entries. 4. You have 24 hours for editing an entry. During this time, you’ll be able to delete/add something to your entry, correct an error. 5. Gang leader will be able to share his rights to publish entries with the assistants so that they can manage the Journal as a team. The list of changes in Gangs is very extensive, but here we tried to tell you about the main ones. Everything else you will see with your own eyes very soon, stay tuned to the updates. We cannot yet reveal the exact release date, but be sure we won’t take long! All updates are absolutely free. The fee for creating a Gang and raising the level remains the same.
