Our Story

If we have to get that one chance to write a book on our different lives, the ups and downs, the crazy and fun times we have had,the transition from our childhood to our adulthood up until when old age sets in, we would most definitely have something to say concerning how we have spent it or how we are presently spending it. However, in a bid to be a story teller on how we have lived a well spent life or otherwise, we would have played particular roles in determining the story which is to be told and these roles featured in the chain of growth that gradually unfolds from the day of birth till the last day on earth.

We all have done that element called childhood,it is that era where nonchalance can be excused but not to be given free rein else you are going to be breeding another kind of Macaulay Culkin (that kid from home alone)

Our childhood doesn't engulf so many stories that would be told but then the only relevance as to storytelling are these famous ones: it's either that we were playful/stubborn or that we were frequently throwers of tantrums or we recall the cartoons we had seen or the fact that our parents would force us to school even though we felt lazy and unyielding towards school. This is as far as the story of our childhood that we all can remember because at that phase of development we care less of our environment or the routines our adult brothers would go through as each day passed by.

Thereafter, there is the Age of the flaming youths: this is called such because its the era of where the influence and energy of young people would be unleashed in a new way.

Vampires are to blood, so are youth to adventure: youth are seekers of adventure at the get go of their lives and they would pay anything to pose an independent individual, they would hate everything about being monitored by their parents and sometimes they tend to override their parent authorities when it gets in the way of their adventurous quest. Youth of today are seen in all sphere of life and it is amazing as to the hypersonic level of enthusiasm oozing from them, they tend to be relentless in the journey to self realisation, hence their thirst to become a conspicuous figure in life, although not all. Youths embark on this so called quest to self actualization hence the saying "Many are called but few are chosen".

At this juncture it would be appropriate to look into certain areas of life where the youth are said to be vibrant and the impact that has been left across the world due to the revolutionary stand made by the youths in this realm.

Let's take a peek into the youth music crystal ball and you would be dazed as to the age bracket of youths causing a positive whirlwind in a bid to attain self realisation. There's the saying that "All music must be an innovation", then these group of mutants are to get a noble prize every time they innovate good songs. It should be known that after silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music and these youths stop at nothing to present the best tunes to pleasure the populace; there are artists like Bruno Mars, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Hanna Montana, Jaden Smith and many more- they are well known for their delivery as to that tune that keeps playing in your head without the actual tunes being played from a gadget or stereo, they've all got stories to tell as to the journey from nobody to the unshakable platform of stardom (Well, if they miss their grip as to what they are pursuing it becomes shakable). They didn't just awaken one bright morning and find that they are loved by many because of their work; they had to cross hurdles without giving up before they finally got their paws on that which motivated the journey from the onset.

This next category is no doubt undisputed for the youth because it includes overall simultaneous fusion of all the muscles in the body: Now tell me, would your father who's probably in his 50s want to compete with Usain Bolt on the tracks? You would need to get familiar with CPR just in case the worst happens, mouth to mouth to be precise. Ogum Chijindu is a player in the Lingerie Football League and she is serious about football. She plays for L.A. Temptations as a wide receiver and a safety! Bet you did not know there was a lingerie football league right? Should you consider going head on with "Wonder woman" up here then you might as well just start thinking of a death note if you haven't got a will to disperse amongst your family members. I mean she isn't like the average woman you would meet in a club waiting on a brother to buy her a drink.

"Fashion is architecture; it's a matter of proportions", this is another obvious sphere where youth have been seen to shine bright. There are all sorts of fashion trends which one would have to comply with else you are tagged "old fashioned".

Now we have got much better and decent outfits, one of which is the "skinnies", it fit just fine for a person who has got the shape for it but on the other hand it's a disaster for someone who hasn't. The introduction of skinnies has widely been accepted and it fast became an impression that if you aren't wearing it then you're still back in the 90s where flared jeans was fashion and to the youth of this era such a person would be considered an anomaly to fashion. There is also that which is called "leggings" commonly worn by the female. It does justice to that woman who has got the perfect body to fit in those pair of "leggings" thereby bringing out the God given shape that every man would drool over at the sight. If you know you want to keep your girlfriend. My advice is for you not to buy this for her neither should you allow it because once she wears it she becomes the prey and the predators would usually stop at nothing to give it a shot at making passes at her- be wise like me and heed to this advice. Lol! (Jokes! Don't blame me for saying such and such)

Snapbacks shouldn't be left out as well, it has become a signature for artists but it does compliment whatever personality they try to portray.

So don't be left out in this revolutionary move embarked on by the youths of today, carving a niche for ones self in this world of today could have be stiff, and getting in the right place with the right crowd could just be that which would set you on that self realisation platform you have long desired.

Youths have embarked on an operation sweep the oldies out quest, they choose to do things with their preferred style and the outcome of which leaves the world colorful. It is said that there is a fountain of youth: it is in your mind, your talents, the creativity you bring to your life and the lives of people you love. When you learn to tap this source, you will truly have defeated age.
