The End [Part One]

Day: 1.
Entry: 1.

My name is Jack. I decided to make a journal, so I don't loose my mind in this asylum, so to speak.

The last thing I remember is the crash I was in. The plane completely lost control and it starting losing altitude. I guess I am the only survivor. When I woke up I found myself in my home town in a hospital near my house, I got up and got dressed. I didn't have anything to wear exept the things my nurse left for me. I got to the bathroom to freshen up and clear my thoughts. The second I opened the door negative energy started flowing. I looked around the hospital and it was empty, chairs all turned over, blood stains on the walls. My first thought was "How long was I out?" I got to the main entrance of the hospital and opened the door and saw a group of people packing supplies like it was the end of the world. And it was. I yelled "Hey!", then a small girl approached me and asked me if I was alive. Stunned by the question of a 4 year old I couldn't say a word. Her father said "Get away, watch out that it doesn't bite you!", I told him "I am not an it  I'm a human being." He replied "Get into the van before they get here, hurry!"
I rushed in, excited, and asked "Who?" the man replied "Where have you been these two months?! The dead!" Fearing the unknown I asked "The dead?", he replied "Yeah, the dead. Oh, we need to get you a weapon boy!" I was thrilled that I would get a firearm, I always wanted one. The man told me to sleep while we travel there. I didn't ask where, I just went to sleep. By the time I woke up I've arrived with the group of people to a shop, I told that man that I couldn't stay and that I have to find my parents and friends. He replied "It's not a safe place to go alone, but if that is what you want, I can't stop you."They gave me some food, a pistol and a sword. I said my goodbyes and was on my way. Filled with fright I didn't know what could be around the corner, behind the tree. There was no soul in sight and I realized I have made a huge mistake leaving those people...
