Kostya completed twelve-hour surgery and left the operating room. Once again he heard the terrible cries of the relatives of the patient, they say, will not survive - sue. Such is repeated from year to year. 

When his shift ended, he went home as usual. On the road going to the supermarket, he bought himself a couple packs of chips; according to the plan of his house, waiting for some dull horror film and a dull evening indoors. 

He was already forty, but he's still not married - the desire to have a family was less than the desire to save human lives. From the moment of the termination of medical Institute Kostya diligently worked in regional hospital in Department of surgery. 

There were few specialists, and it is almost all the days spent at work. Leave Kostya took rarely. He believed that while resting, somewhere ends someone's life he could save.

Ended yet another change. Kostya went to his home. Walking down the street, he met the father of the boy whose life was saved. Then he punched him in the stomach and left.

"Death came instantly" - will write about it in an obituary, and colleagues will dryly tell police officers that it simply was tired.
