When I think back to the day I met you and the emotions I experienced, nothing can ever compare. As time went on, you and I grew closer and the connection got stronger. Plans for the future were made. I thought that you were going to be my happy ever after. You became my pillar of strength, my rock. Love came as naturally as breathing. I felt the vibes and I thought we were getting somewhere and that we could work, but then....

SMASH We hit a steel wall.
 
Things were different. You were no longer my Knight in shining amour. You and I were no longer walking hand in hand. Your influence was no longer lingering in my mind and deceiving my soul. You had crushed my dreams with lightning speed. You let me believe that you were the one. But no, you were just the puppet master. An emotional roller coaster ride you had taken me on...

But do know this, that I am a survivor. I am who I am and I am a strong beautiful soul. I am confident beyond compare and I will rise from the ashes like a phoenix. You think you have destroyed me, but what you took away from me is a minor piece of what makes me whole. I will come out on top and I will be me again.
