ii) choleric (short-tempered or irritable)

iii) melancholic (analytical and quiet)

iv) phlegmatic (relaxed and peaceful)



Sanguine


-Associated with air  
              -talkative

-pleasure-seeking      
             - warm-hearted and optimistic

-make new friends easily   
     -Tend to be lively

-sociable                         
         -carefree

-imaginative and artistic     
      -flighty and changeable

-chronically late or forgetful



Choleric


-Associated with fire     
             -excitable

-egocentric and extroverted   
    -impulsive

-reserves of aggression

Melancholic

-not inherently sociable. 



Phlegmatic

-Associated with water        
            - inward and private

-thoughtful                          
             -reasonable

-calm                                
                -patient

-caring                               
               -tolerant

-rich inner life                     
              -seek quiet & peaceful atmosphere

- content with themselves    
            -steadfast 

-consistent in habits                    
     -steady and faithful friends.
