Building a career is indeed very exciting and interesting. It requires lots of effort and determination. It is a situation where you have a vision or a dream and makу it a reality through fulfillment and achievements. During this phase, we prove ourselves through opportunities which surface; to shape our life the way we desire it to be. One can also fall into a confused state of mind, where you have no idea what you are good at. Here you tend to wonder and think of ways to prove that you are GOOD at what you do; in order to feel confident. The following tips below will help you discover yourself and help move you forward in your career phase. The First Phase to Career building is to KNOW YOUR VALUES. What honor, integrity do you want to be known for? It's when you are able to find answers to those questions that you tend to align these values with your core principles. These values make you generate a sense of satisfaction. The Second Phase to Career building is to PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS. We all have our strengths and weaknesses. The best way is to discover yourself by finding out what you are good at, and using it to compensate for your weaknesses. ‘IN YOUR WEAKNESS, YOU DISCOVER YOUR ABILITY’ The Third Phase to Career building is to LIVE YOUR PASSIONS. We all have what we crave for from childhood, what we do that makes us happy. It is very important to explore and decide what you love doing; that makes you happy. In respective of the many times we tend to exercise it; we never get bored. Certain phase in life, we aren’t able to follow our passions, due to the situation or circumstance. Yes, you must have something to contribute! People are always looking out for talent and those big executives/stars were once beginners like us. The Ninth Phase to Career building is to GET SUPPORT. One thing is having your ideas; the other is getting the support of people with positive influence. It’s with such support that your idea moves in motion. It tends to be easy through joint associations with like-minds; where you form sets goals and analyze them. The Tenth Phase to Career building is to BE GOOD TO YOURSELF. Building a career can be tricky; always be good to yourself. Create a nourishment menu of fun; do things that make you feel great. Keep success journals documenting all the things you have done well and achieved; if negative, come up with a mantra or affirmation that reminds you of you at your best; and make these practices a habit throughout your lifetime.
