Delicious Corn Cake Recipe

It is so easy and delicious, I am sure you will love it.

Ingredients:
1 cup of wheat flour
1 cup of corn flour
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
Half cup of butter
Half cup of milk
2 spoons of vanilla
2 spoons of baking powder.



How to make:
Mix the sugar and butter so well till the mixture becomes creamy.
Mix the eggs separate from the mixture well then add it to the mixture.
Mix the backing powder with the vanilla and both corn flour and wheat flour.
Slowly add the milk and flour to the mixture to make a soft cake paste.
Paint a tray with butter and add the cake paste.
Put in oven at 180 degrees temperature for 40 minutes.
To test the cake use a wooden stick.
Let it get cold after it comes out of oven then put it in fridge.
Serve cold  a perfect dessert.
