Pancakes

Pancakes with chocolate syrup is a perfect breakfast for a fresh start to the day, and it is also my favourite meal. I asked my mother for the recipe, it is easy and doesn't cost much.

Ingredients:
4 eggs.
2 cups of milk.
A cup of flour
Oil or butter for frying.
Some vanilla beans or essence is fine.
A little bit of salt.

How to make:
Mix the milk with the flour.
Whip the eggs then add them to the mixture.
Add the vanilla to the mixture then mix all the ingredients together.
Take a frying pan (round one or if you want a novelty shape) and put some oil or butter and pour some of the mixture into the pan. Roughly about one ladle.
Remove the cakes from the pan and serve them warm.
They can be served with butter and honey.

If you want a chocolate syrup made at home you can follow these easy steps:
Melt a chocolate bar over boiling water in a oven proof bowl, add a cup of milk and some cocoa.
Add some starch then wait until it gets a bit sticky.
Add the chocolate to the pancakes and enjoy them.
