Here are the ingredients: 

1. A loaf of bread
2. 400 g of shreaded meat (depending on your choice)
3. 200 ml of tomato juice
4. 100 g of wheat flour

And How To Make It? 

Simple!

Put the bread in cold water, so that it becomes soft. After that, put it in a bowl with the meat. Then use your hands and combine these two. After you've finished, wait for 5 minutes. Now, put a little sunflower oil and wait until it gets moist. Then light a pan and pour some oil in it. Wait till it heats upto a suitable temperature . Make medium sized balls and gently slide them into the pan. Let them fry, until they turn brown. Afterwards, get a big container and fill it with the tomato juice and a glass of water. Put a flower in it, so that it doesn't end up like water with ketchup. Then, put the fried meat balls in with the tomato juice, water and flower. Bake it in the oven for 5-15 minutes with the highest temperature setting. When it's done, the tomato juice and the meat balls will taste fabulous!
