Mavado, Vybz Kartel and Alkaline are the top 3 artistes in Jamaica and the unbelievable has happened. Gaza member and Dancehall artiste

Popcaan has caused tension against the 'Gully God', Mavado, claiming he sang about men's underpants in one of his songs. Popcaan had released a song titled 'Dutty Dread' aimed at Mavado for his underpants song and said Mavado got his Killy Killy crew crazy and insane for what he sang. Popcaan's song got a lot of attention for a war starter unl Mavado released a diss song aimed at Popcaan titled 'Funeral' saying Popcaan and his crew are gays for getting crazy when they hear about underpants and that he is just trying to get an early funeral. Mavado also included that Popcaan stated he has two fathers and he is a gay man's baby.

A whole bunch of songs were thrown at each other and various artistes got involved in the feud defending their members or friends. Such artistes as Demarco, Jahmeil, Tommy Lee, and others were among those in the war. Afterwards, the war cooled down a bit with Mavado declaring himself the winner with a surprising team up with Dancehall artiste Alkaline. Alkaline, Mavado and Jahmeil released songs on a riddim titled 'Club Life Riddim' with their songs peaking to top ten on the charts for about 1-3 weeks.

Because of the Gully-Vendetta team up victory, the flames have been reignited when the self proclaimed number one Dancehall artiste, Vybz Kartel, released several songs in one week targeting both Alkaline and Mavado and defending Gaza member Popcaan. Vybz Kartel is like the God of Dancehall and his sudden intrusion in the midsts of the feud was a surprise to many. He released songs such as: 9X, Couldn't, Step, Mercy and the most popular one, 'Round Corna'. These song are the most played songs this moment and will continue playing until Alkaline and Mavado come up with a comeback. But, Mavado has released a song titled 'Mr Dead' aimed at Vybz Kartel and his Gaza empire. In his song he says how the incarcerated deejay, Vybz Kartel, is locked up in a number 2 cell and that he is a gay in prison.

For now the feud continues and this is so far the biggest Dancehall dispute since 2009 with the 'Gully vs Gaza war' at the annual stage show 'Sting'. No winner declared yet but soon.....
