(Photo not found) The English bands are dominating the charts in the United States, and Muse wants to stay among them. The band, formed in 1994 in the county of Devon, admitted that the "conquest of America" is still their ultimate goal. Muse launched last month her sixth studio album, debuting in second position of the U.S. charts, trailing only the Brits, Mumford & Sons also. "Coldplay is still the only British band that had real success in the last 15 years," said Muse frontman Matt Bellamy. Bassist Chris Wolstenholme agreed. "You do not think about it when you start, you're just another content to be recognized in his homeland. But then you want something else," he said, referring to the "American dream." Last week, British pop band One Direction came third on the list of Top 100 magazine "Billboard" by releasing the song "Live While We're Young." The achievement is the highest debut for a British group already witnessed during the 54 years of listing.
